Reduce risk. Ship faster.
Run experiments against real data. Keep what moves the metric. Cut what doesn't.
About
Conversational AI product designer. Principal, Intelligent CX Consulting, LLC. Dallas–Fort Worth. 20M+ users. 8+ markets. $2M saved.
Design philosophy
I lead AI products from design through deployment. I translate business needs into technical specs, model outputs into user experiences, and constraints into decisions.
I measure what matters:
My path
Took the long way in. Not a detour, a different route to the same place.
Hospitality taught me what most engineers never learn: read the room. Translate between people who don't share vocabulary. Every word intentional.
Bridged the last mile between messy operations and repeatable systems. I learned that the real problem is almost never the one people first name.
Multi-agent systems, 8+ markets, 20M+ users. Same skill set: translate between worlds, make language work, serve humans.
Not everyone thinks alike. That's the lesson. Plain language. Accessibility. Systems that serve global users. No exceptions.
How I deliver value
Bridge the gaps. Ship at scale. Make your team sharper.
Run experiments against real data. Keep what moves the metric. Cut what doesn't.
Translate engineering limits into design choices your team can execute without the back-and-forth.
Documentation and rituals that keep working after I leave the room.
Did users succeed? That's the only metric that isn't vanity.
On craft
When you design conversational AI, the interface is the writing. Prompts are tone. Error messages are trust.
I code in JavaScript and Python, pair with Claude to move faster without losing intent, and speak engineer well enough that nothing gets lost between "what the user needs" and "what we can ship this sprint."
Testimonials
ManagerChristi runs on what she calls a Thoughtful Execution framework, and it's real. She doesn't ship the first idea that looks clever. She maps multiple friction points, tests against actual data, and only commits when a path earns it. I've watched her pressure-test her own thinking before anyone else gets the chance. That discipline is why her work on AI Automation moves metrics instead of just looking impressive in a demo.
Training & Development LeadGetting 200+ non-technical employees comfortable with agentic AI is not a training program. It's patience, clear documentation, and the willingness to sit with someone until it clicks. Christi does this because she genuinely wants people to succeed with the tools, not because it's in her job description. If you want an AI program that actually lands inside an organization instead of sitting in a Notion page, she's who you want running it.

Beyond the work
Dogs. Crafts. Girl Scouts of America, school mentoring, and women-in-tech communities that punch above their weight.
The through-line with the work: I care about people who haven't always had the clearest path to the room. That shows up in how I design AI for non-expert users and it's why community service matters to me off the clock.
