Who runs this site

christi.io is operated by Christi Akinwumi, Principal and Founder of Intelligent CX Consulting, LLC, based in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area. References to "I," "me," or "we" mean the same operator.

What this site collects

This is a static marketing site. It does not use analytics platforms, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, or third-party cookies. There is no account system and no form submissions are stored on this site.

• Theme preference. If you toggle light or dark mode, your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key theme. It never leaves your device.
• Server request logs. The hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for a limited period to operate and secure the site. I do not use those logs for marketing or profiling.
• Third-party fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives a standard web request (including your IP and user agent). That is governed by Google's privacy policy.

What this site does not do

• No advertising or retargeting.
• No selling or sharing of personal information.
• No behavioral profiling or fingerprinting.
• No AI training on your interactions with this site.

If you contact me

Email, phone, and LinkedIn links on the Contact page open your own app. If you reach out, I receive whatever you choose to send (name, email address, message, company, anything you include). I use that information only to reply and, if an engagement follows, to carry out the work.

I don't add contacts to a newsletter or marketing list. I don't share your message with third parties unless you ask me to (for example, looping in a collaborator you've named) or unless the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information I hold about you, and to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of those rights, email christi [at] christi.io and I will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes in a meaningful way, I will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
