Words are the interface.
When you design conversational AI, the interface is the writing. Prompts are tone. Error messages are trust.
I have foundational coding skills in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, and SQL, enough to read what your engineers ship and speak their language, so nothing gets lost between what a user needs and what the team can deliver this sprint. That translation is most of the job. I work shoulder to shoulder with product leaders and engineers of every kind, across time zones and markets worldwide, keeping one shared language between the people who decide what to build and the people who build it.
