I lead AI products from design through deployment. I translate business needs into technical specs, model outputs into user experiences, and constraints into decisions.
I measure what matters:
- Latency, because slow AI is broken AI.
- Containment, because handoffs cost real money.
- Satisfaction, because users vote with their next prompt.

A path that wasn't a straight line.

I took the long way in. It wasn't a detour, just a different route to the same place.
Non-traditional student + Hospitality
Hospitality taught me what most engineers never learn: read the room. Translate between people who don't share vocabulary. Every word intentional.
Workflow optimization
Turned messy, one-off operations into repeatable systems. I learned that the real problem is almost never the one people first name.
Conversational AI for global users
Multi-agent systems, 8+ markets, 20M+ users. Same skill set: translate between worlds, make language work, serve humans.

I have foundational coding skills in JavaScript, Python, and SQL. Enough to read what your engineers build, speak their language, and keep one shared vocabulary between the people who decide what to build and the people who build it. Tools, stack, and process live in the FAQ.
