Agreement

By accessing or using christi.io (the "site"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is operated by Christi Akinwumi, Principal and Founder of Intelligent CX Consulting, LLC.

What the site is (and isn't)

The site publishes portfolio work, writing, and information about consulting services. Content here is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, engineering, or other professional advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship. Engagements are formalized through a separate written agreement with Intelligent CX Consulting, LLC.

Ownership & permitted use

All content, including text, writing, visual design, code, and images, is owned by Christi Akinwumi and/or Intelligent CX Consulting, LLC, or is used under license. You may:

• Read, share, and link to pages.
• Quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the source page.
• Save pages for personal reference.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Republish substantial portions of the content elsewhere.
• Use the content, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically harvest content with automated tools in a way that burdens the site or circumvents normal browsing.
• Use my name, likeness, logo, or the Intelligent CX Consulting brand to imply endorsement, affiliation, or authorship of work I did not produce.
• Repackage or resell the content as your own.

Trademarks & third-party names

Product names, company names, book and film titles, characters, and logos mentioned on this site are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. For example, "Toy Story" and related names are trademarks of Pixar and The Walt Disney Company. I reference them only to identify and discuss the work, for commentary, criticism, and review. Their use here does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from those owners, and none should be inferred.

Opinion & commentary

Essays and other writing on this site are personal opinion and commentary. They reflect my views at the time of writing. They are not statements of fact, and they are not the views of any employer, client, or third party. Where I discuss a book, film, product, company, or piece of research, I do so as independent commentary and review, offered in good faith. Opinions are not professional advice.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party sites (for example, LinkedIn, Intelligent CX Consulting, research papers, client references). I don't control those sites and am not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to compromise, probe, or interfere with the site or its infrastructure.
• Send malware, spam, or abusive traffic.
• Misrepresent your identity or use the site to impersonate me or anyone else.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. I try to keep the site accurate and online, but I don't guarantee uptime, completeness, or that every link works.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Christi Akinwumi and Intelligent CX Consulting, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.

Changes to the site and these terms

I may update, change, or remove content and these Terms at any time. When I make material changes to the Terms, I'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of the site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
